Breathe out

So simple for anyone

But so hard for me

I hear your screams to stay awake

I see you running

I see the blurs of people around me

Speaking

Please stop speaking

It hurts my ears

I don’t see humans

I see demons

‘You did this…’

I also smell something copper

Its strangling me

My blood

The things that give humans life

Killing me

Darkness touch the corners of my eyes

I close them

I hear our screams to open them again

To see those pretty blues again

You’re holding my bleeding arm

So hard

Please let go

Words climb up my throat

Stuck

Blood flows from my blue lips

There is more screaming

Louder talking

Please stop

I hear sobbing of a person beside me

Your grip on my arm increases

Please let me die

I did this to myself for a reason

I hear your screams to stay alive

I can’t do that

I wanted this

I needed this

The darkness slowly creeps into my vision

I smile

“Don’t worry,

I’ll look over you…”
